It is a relaxing property located in Hakone Yumoto Onsen district next to the public onsen, the downtown of Hakone Yumoto, and all the nature. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The rooms are exquisite and huge, have feather pillows. The venue has good location near the Hakone Yumoto station. 900 feet are distance to a restaurant. Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay.

Liked the fact that I chose this incredibly beautiful and impressive hotel. Consistently courteous and exceptional staff who were always there to help. The position of the property was marvellous, in the private dining area. Found a place called Karuta, set 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel, ate there a few times.

The very welcoming and pleasant staff was much appreciated. Yuasobisho Hakone Hot Spring was just next door to the hotel, liked its location in the private dining area. Further, it was just off the outdoor private onsen and restaurants and mountain and village.

This was a great stay during our visit. The most important was the staff - exceptionally nice and consistently courteous people. We were in a good location around 10-15 minutes walk from Kappa Tengoku. There was a very nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the hotel.
